Stable Processes
At Optima we do not experiment with our customers. We incorporate materials and technologies with tested effectivity, creating direct benefits for our clients and end users. Such are the use of Polyurethane (PU) as the adhesive material in all the layers. Preventing delamination and haze effect. Another example is the automatization of cutting and polishing processes with mechanized centers CNC, to deliver a more geometrically accurate product.
Dimensional stability
Several glasses have invisible problems that manifest during mounting and vehicular use. Difficulty in installation, streaks when moving the windows up and down, buzz /hum when driving, they are all due to lack of dimensional control. At Optima we stabilize the processes to offer reliability and maximum durability.
