The manufacturing of high-quality bullet resistant glass is a complex process that combines the most delicate craftwork with the highest technology. Each sub-process starts by an inspection of the material to be transformed. Once finished, the glass may approve exhaustive optical and aesthetical inspection. However, inspection verifies quality, does not reach it.

The use of original glass, as well as the knowledge of geometry and tolerance leads to the development of production plans considering ballistic requirements.
Cutting glass at a numerical control table guarantees the dimensional accuracy established by engineering. Edge polishing of 2D and 3D windows takes place at a 5-axis mechanized center. Ballistic steel cutting is laser done.
Processes such as curving and assembly are not automatized; they depend of experienced, trained, expert, skilled, and sensible employees.
History and control of each piece produced, during the entire process.
