The Bullet-resistant Glass has three different surfaces that require specific care:

• Glass front side is crystal made and can be cleaned with great amounts of water and soft detergent such as Windex, Joy, or Mr. Clean. After washing it, dry the widows with a soft absorbent cloth.

Avoid pressure washing with hot water and sudden temperature changes.

• The glass edges may be cleaned with clean and wet cloth.

Avoid using solvents such as thinner or acetone.

• The inner side is made of anti-laceration plastic, and therefore it is weaker and more sensible to chemical attack than the outer side crystal.

o keep the optical quality of your windows, please consider the following advice to take care of bullet resistant surfaces:

• Only use water and a clean wet cloth.
• Do not use dirty, dry, or made of abrasive fiber cloth.
• Do not use sharp objects to remove particles or scars.
• Do not paste any labels on the inner surface of the window.
• Do not attach toys nor accessories (GPS, chargers, etc.) through suction pads.
• Do not try to dry or clean the inner surface of the window with your hands.
• Do not allow the glass to make contact with organic material containing plastifying nor solvent substances such as PVC, “Screenvin”,protective lacquer, etc.
• In case of difficult to remove stains, rub the surface with a cloth soaked in a half-isopropyl alcohol/half-water solution.
• Avoid hitting the windows with metal accessories such as jewels, watches, rings, etc., these may cause irreparable scratches.
• Avoid cleaning the glass under direct sunlight.
• As much as possible, park under shade.
• NEVER close the car door when the window is open.
