We put together excellence in functional services (optical quality and dimensional stability) and the highest demand in aesthetical characteristics (dot matrix, polishing and edge bevels).

Perimeter Stability

Flat glass cutting was previously done through molds, and edge polishing was handmade. We currently have CNC equipment to cut and polish 2D and 3D guaranteeing dimensional stability order after order.

Edges and Bevels

We use polyurethane (PU) as a bonding material in every layer of our formulas. This, together with a mechanized CNC results in a better finishing of bevels and edges without the need to add other anti-delamination protection materials.

Curvature control

The curving process is not 100% automatable. We hire operators with long time experience and we develop our molds and gauges to verify this important characteristic.

Dot Matrix

We carry out the photo-mechanic process “in-house”, from digital files to the making of serigraph nets. Refining this finishing provides the vehicle with a better perception of originality.
